Al acceder o usar cualquier producto operado por BG Academic LLC ("la compañía", "nosotros"), incluido Lumina, aceptas estos Términos de Servicio en su totalidad. Si no estás de acuerdo con alguna parte de estos términos, no debes usar el servicio.

By accessing or using any product operated by BG Academic LLC ("the company", "we"), including Lumina, you accept these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the service.

Lumina es un planificador diario de manifestación que combina numerología, signo zodiacal, fase lunar y área de vida para generar un protocolo personalizado cada día. El servicio se ofrece a través de la web y, próximamente, de App Store y Google Play.

Lumina is a daily manifestation planner that combines numerology, zodiac sign, moon phase, and life area to generate a personalized protocol every day. The service is offered through the web and, soon, through the App Store and Google Play.

3. Cuentas de usuario

3. User accounts

Para usar ciertas funciones del servicio debes crear una cuenta. Eres responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de tus credenciales de acceso y de toda la actividad que ocurra bajo tu cuenta. Debes proporcionar información veraz al registrarte.

To use certain features of the service you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide truthful information when registering.

4. Suscripciones y renovación automática

4. Subscriptions and automatic renewal

Algunas funciones del servicio requieren una suscripción de pago. Las suscripciones se renuevan automáticamente al final de cada periodo de facturación, salvo que se cancelen antes de la fecha de renovación. El cargo por la renovación se realiza usando el mismo método de pago registrado.

Some features of the service require a paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date. The renewal charge is made using the same payment method on file.

5. Cancelaciones y reembolsos

5. Cancellations and refunds

Puedes cancelar tu suscripción en cualquier momento; la cancelación surtirá efecto al final del periodo de facturación vigente. Las compras realizadas a través de App Store se rigen por las políticas de cancelación y reembolso de Apple, y cualquier solicitud de reembolso sobre esas compras debe gestionarse directamente con Apple. Para compras realizadas en la web, evaluaremos las solicitudes de reembolso caso por caso escribiendo a info@bgacademic.com.

You can cancel your subscription at any time; the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Purchases made through the App Store are governed by Apple's cancellation and refund policies, and any refund request for those purchases must be handled directly with Apple. For purchases made on the web, we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis by writing to info@bgacademic.com.

Te comprometes a no usar el servicio para fines ilícitos, a no intentar acceder sin autorización a nuestros sistemas, y a no interferir con el funcionamiento normal del servicio ni con el uso que otros usuarios hacen de él.

You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, not to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, and not to interfere with the normal operation of the service or with other users' use of it.

7. Propiedad intelectual

El servicio, incluido su software, diseño, contenido y marcas, es propiedad de BG Academic LLC o de sus licenciantes, y está protegido por las leyes de propiedad intelectual aplicables. The service, including its software, design, content, and trademarks, is owned by BG Academic LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No ownership right over the service is granted to you; only a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use it in accordance with these terms.

No garantiza resultados económicos, sentimentales ni de ningún otro tipo, y no sustituye asesoría médica, psicológica, legal ni financiera. Lumina is a personal planning and wellness tool. It does not guarantee financial, romantic, or any other kind of outcome, and it does not replace medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Any decision you make based on content generated by the service is entirely your own responsibility.

9. Limitación de responsabilidad

En la medida máxima permitida por la ley aplicable, BG Academic LLC no será responsable de daños indirectos, incidentales, especiales o consecuentes que resulten del uso o la imposibilidad de usar el servicio.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BG Academic LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

Podemos modificar estos términos ocasionalmente. Publicaremos cualquier cambio en esta página junto con la fecha de actualización correspondiente. El uso continuado del servicio después de una modificación implica la aceptación de los nuevos términos.
